The Over the Hills Gang ATV Club in Outing addresses issues that affect ATV riders.  The club is a member of the All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota.

The club's goals include upgrading existing trails and building new trails, improving the image of ATV riders, and informing members about regulations that affect ATV riders.  The club also holds club rides and plans fun activities.

Individual and family memberships are available.  Member fees include ATVAM dues.
