Land O' Lakes Marine Rental Policies

Convenient and affordable, our rentals make it easier for you to enjoy your time at the lake. We take care of all the maintenance, storage and licensing so you don't have to.

Minimum Age?
Renters must be 21 years of age for all rental property.

Liability?
Renter assumes all risks, and will be responsible for  all costs and expense of any character, arising from the use, possession or maintenance of said equipment. The rental agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of said rental equipment.

Credit Cards Accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Reservation Deposit?
Deposit required to reserve equipment. The remaining balance is due upon check-out.

Damage Deposit?
A damage deposit of $1,000., cash, check or credit card,  will be held for any damage that may occur while the rental equipment is in the possession of the lessee. The deposit will be respectfully refunded upon the satisfactory return of the rental equipment.

Cancellations?
If cancellation is due to weather, illness or death refund will be done on an individual basis.  All other reasons for cancellation will be handled in the following manner, 30 days notice of cancellation required for a full deposit refund.

Taxes?
All rates are listed plus tax. Applicable taxes will be added to your balance due on check-in.

Fuel?

Fuel is charged for if unit is not returned with full fuel tank.
